Although I did not grow up in the kitchen or have an early interest in cooking, food has always been there in the best parts of my life. My culinary journey began 15 years ago in the heart of LA. It grew to become a fiery love affair that has taken me from some of the best kitchens right here in LA to working with mind-blowing Chefs in The UK, Germany and NYC, to name a few spots I have cut my teeth. I have been dubbed "Culinary Innovator" and "Prince of Plant Food" by the media, but what I call myself is a cook. One that cooks with heart and soul to put all I have on the plate.
