Cooking is a love of mine for decades. After graduating culinary school in the early 00's I began my career on the line working fine dining and slowly gravitated toward catering and ultimately to British savory pastries and delicacies with a few detours into pizza, developing pizza programs for local breweries and public houses. If it's savory, I am your chef. I specialize in soups, stews, braises and comfort food of many cultures, including those of Mexico, India and beyond.
Further, I am also an ANFP Certified Dietary Manager/Food Protection Professional with knowledge of medical dietary requirements as well as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.Read less
