My culinary journey began with a deep appreciation of food and wine pairings, stemming from my 12-year background in the wine industry. The balance of flavors and the way they enhance each other on the palate drove me to this path. Creating memorable dining experiences, particularly the atmosphere of a well-crafted dinner party, has always been my driving force.
I made a bold decision to enroll in culinary school in my late 30s. Since then, I haven’t looked back. I understood the profound impact a well-executed dining experience can have. I strive to replicate that magic for every client. I approach with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that every dish prepared is a masterpiece in both taste and presentation.
