I was born and raised in true Cajun country in the state of Louisiana, where I've been cooking since my early childhood. Since then, I have cooked at many restaurants and catered several events such as weddings. My expertise is in Cajun cuisine and my love and passion for cooking means flavor is squeezed into every bite. The food I plan to feature here is primarily Cajun cuisine. However, you will find a sampling of popular dishes from other food genres as well. Being from the deep South, you can be assured you will be receiving a truly authentic Cajun experience.
