I have always had an appreciation for great food so once I left the Air Force, I decided to pursue my culinary passion! Since then I have spent many years cooking in restaurants, but where I find true joy is cooking in more intimate settings or for special events where my talents and creativity can shine. Growing up in a military family my travels influenced my palate, which is why I would describe myself as a southern chef with an asian flare! My wife and 2 kids are my favorite customers and I would be honored to cook for your family or friends as well. When I'm not in the kitchen, I enjoy studying film at Sacramento State University, catching a Kings game, or playing basketball.Read less
