Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for 3-5 minutes, until asparagus turns bright green but is still slightly crisp. Add lemon zest in last minute of cooking time. When done, squeeze with a bit of lemon juice if desired.
