- 12 ounce Calabrese salami log
- 8 ounce mini fresh mozzarella balls
- 4 ounce cherry tomato
- 12 ounce jarred roasted red pepper
- 10 each 5-inch bamboo skewer
Cut salame in to 1 oz chunks
Cut peppers in to small chunks
Assemble skewers with one of each ingredient in any order
Refrigerate until time to serve
