Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Castelvetrano olives
  • 12 ounce Calabrese salami log
  • 8 ounce mini fresh mozzarella balls
  • 4 ounce cherry tomato
  • 12 ounce jarred roasted red pepper
  • 10 each 5-inch bamboo skewer

Instructions

  • Cut salame in to 1 oz chunks
  • Cut peppers in to small chunks
  • Assemble skewers with one of each ingredient in any order
  • Refrigerate until time to serve
