Ingredients

filet mignon

tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil

tablespoon
Montreal steak seasoning

bacon

ounce
tomato paste

cup
balsamic vinegar

tablespoon
low-sodium soy sauce

teaspoon
maple syrup

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
ground black pepper
toothpicks
Instructions
Cut steak in to 1 inch cubes
Place steak in mixing bowl
Add steak seasoning
Add olive oil
Mix well until coated
Cut bacon slices in half
Wrap bacon around seasoned steak cubes
Secure bacon with a toothpick
Preheat oven to 400
Bake on sheetpan 15 to 18 minutes
Mix steak sauce in separate dish
Serve steak sauce on side of filet bites
