Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon Bites

Cooking Tools Required

Baking sheet, Cutting board, Measuring cups and spoons, Oven, Refrigerator

Ingredients

  • 48 ounce filet mignon
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 32 ounce bacon
  • 4.5 ounce tomato paste
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • toothpicks

Instructions

  • Cut steak in to 1 inch cubes
  • Place steak in mixing bowl
  • Add steak seasoning
  • Add olive oil
  • Mix well until coated
  • Cut bacon slices in half
  • Wrap bacon around seasoned steak cubes
  • Secure bacon with a toothpick
  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Bake on sheetpan 15 to 18 minutes
  • Mix steak sauce in separate dish
  • Serve steak sauce on side of filet bites

Reheat in microwave 30 sec
