Measuring cups and spoons, Mixing bowls, Spatula, Whisk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 8 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 cup chia seeds
Add cocoa powder, cinnamon and salt to a mixing bowl
Add to the mixing bowl vanilla extract and maple syrup
Mix to a smooth paste
Add 1/4 cup almond milk slowly while whisking until smooth
Add in the remaining almond milk and combine
Stir in chia seeds
Refrigerate until set approximately 3 to 5 hours
Optional garnish sliced strawberries or other fruit
