Instructions
Over medium heat, sauté onion in coconut oil until translucent. Add red pepper, cumin, garlic powder, parsley, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes more, and remove from heat. Once cool, add ground turkey to the mix, and form 5 oz. patties, which roughly translates to a patty that is 3 ½ inches wide by 3/8 inch thick.
Prep a cooktop grill pan or outdoor grill to medium high (1 tsp coconut oil optional for cooking burgers). Cook patties for about 4 minutes per side for medium.
