Ingredients
2poundbeef bonessmall enough to fit into pressure cooker. Suggestions: Bones - Cross section bines (from Legs) that have marrow. Knuckle Bones that have cartilage, ask the butcher to cut those down to fit into pressure cooker.
1onionlarge cut into 4ths
2stalkcelerybroke into halves
1carrotlarge, broke in half
5whole black peppercorns
10cupwater
Optional:
sea salt more or less to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the beef bones on a baking sheet and roast them for 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
Place the roasted bones into the bowl of your Instant Pot with the remaining ingredients.
Pressure cook for 90 minutes on the high manual setting.
Strain the broth when you remove it from the pot, and discard the solids.
Season with sea salt if desired.
Reheating Instructions
Heat in the microwave on high power or on the stovetop until heated through.
