Ingredients
Dough:
2cupall purpose flour
2tablespoongranulated sugar
4teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonKosher salt
3tablespoonunsalted butter
3/4cup 2% milk
Filling:
4tablespoonbutter
1cupbrown sugar
5teaspoonground cinnamon
Glaze:
1/2cuppowdered sugar
1/4cup2% milk
Instructions
Make the filling:
In a small bowl combine softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon to form a crumbly mixture. Set aside.
Make the dough:
In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in softened butter
Stir in milk and mix to form dough
Roll out the dough:
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the filling on the dough. Roll up the rectangle, then with a sharp knife slice into 12 rolls. Place rolls in to pan or pyrex dish. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes
Bake:
Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees
Make the Glaze:
Combine glaze ingredients in bowl and stir until smooth. When rolls are baked top with glaze. Serve warm.
