Spiced Cranberry Sauce with Pears and Grand Marnier

Ingredients
12ouncefresh cranberries
1pearpreferably d'anjou peeled cored and cut into 1/2 " cube
1cupapple juice
1/2cuporange juice
1tablespoonorange zest
2stickground cinnamon
1/4teaspoonground clove
1/2teaspoonground allspice
1/2teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
pinchsalt
2/3cupgranulated sugar
2/3cupGrand Marnieror Cognac
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until thick and cranberries burst stirring occasionally for about 10-15 minutes. Can serve warm or chilled if you like
