Fat bombs are small treats with great flavor that have a heavy fat content. They are typically made with coconut oil, some sort of nut butter, or full fat dairy, and a low-carb sweetener. They are a way to ensure you get a healthy dose of fat and are most often used by those on a low-carb/keto diet. This recipe requires ice cube trays or molds. Makes 12 pieces

Cutting board, Food Processor, icecube tray, Measuring cups and spoons, Sharp Knives, Spatula

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce full-fat cream cheese softened
  • 5 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberry chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 packet Stevia
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  • Puree the strawberries in a food processor. Gently mix in the Stevia and vanilla extract. Add the butter, cream cheese and heavy cream to the strawberry mixture. Whip everything together with a mixer until creamy. Transfer to ice cube trays or molds. Cool in freezer for 2 hours.
