Ingredients

brown rice
cooked according to package directions

ground chicken

olive oil

small onion
diced

garlic
minced

red bell pepper
sliced

tablespoon
low-sodium soy sauce

teaspoon
honey
½
cup
fresh basil leaves
2
cup
cabbage
chopped
Instructions
Cook the Rice: Cook the brown rice according to package directions
Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add ground chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add Veggies & Sauce: Stir in bell pepper, soy sauce, honey, and cabbage. Cook for 5 minutes until soft.
Finish with Basil: Stir in basil leaves and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve: Spoon over cooked brown rice.
Reheating Instructions
Heat in the microwave on medium high power until heated through or in a sauce pan over medium heat.
