Chef Nicholas Murray came to my home on Wednesday, August 20, to help my daughter with her health plan meal prep. He prepared five days’ worth of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, as well as cooked and stored remaining ingredients for easy freezing and reheating. Everything was perfectly measured, labeled, and in line with her dietary needs. He also gave helpful advice on what foods to prep ahead versus wait on. Nicholas was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and left the kitchen spotless. I highly recommend him, especially for complex meal preps that require variety and precision.
