- Add cocoa powder, cinnamon and salt to a mixing bowl
- Add to the mixing bowl vanilla extract and maple syrup
- Mix to a smooth paste
- Add 1/4 cup almond milk slowly while whisking until smooth
- Add in the remaining almond milk and combine
- Stir in chia seeds
- Refrigerate until set approximately 3 to 5 hours
- Optional garnish sliced strawberries or other fruit
