- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add the garlic, carrot, and shredded cabbage to the skillet, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ground ginger. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until well combined and heated through.
- Serve the turkey mixture over the cooked brown rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
