• 13.5 ounce canned lite coconut milk
• 3 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
• 1 cup carrot sliced
• 1 cup broccoli florets
• 1 cup zucchini diced
• 1 pound tilapia fillet cut into bite-sized pieces
• 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
• 1 lime juiced
